DTC Logic

DTC DETECTION LOGIC






NOTE:
If DTC "U1505" is detected along with DTC "U1000", or "U1507", first diagnose the DTC "U1000" or "U1507".
- BSW & BSI for DTC "U1000".
- U1507 for DTC "U1507".

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1. Start the engine.
2. Turn the BSI system ON.
3. Perform "All DTC Reading" with CONSULT-III.
4. Check if the "U1505" is detected as the current malfunction in "Self Diagnostic Result" of "ICC/ADAS".
Is "U1505" detected as the current malfunction?
YES - SEE Diagnosis Procedure.
NO - Intermittent Incident.




Diagnosis Procedure
1.CHECK SELF-DIAGNOSIS RESULTS
Check if "U1000" or "U1507" is detected other than "U1505" in "Self Diagnostic Result" of "ICC/ADAS".
Is "U1000" or "U1507" detected?
YES-1 - U1000 detected: Perform the CAN communication system inspection. Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts. BSW & BSI.
YES-2 - U1507 detected: U1508.
NO - GO TO 2.
2.CHECK SIDE RADAR RH SELF-DIAGNOSIS RESULTS
Check if any DTC is detected in "Self Diagnostic Result" of "SIDE RADAR RIGHT".
Is any DTC detected?
YES - Perform diagnosis on the detected DTC and repair or replace the malfunctioning parts. Testing and Inspection.
NO - Replace the ADAS control unit. Service and Repair.
