HIGH AND LOW REVERSE CLUTCH


Assembly






1. Install high and low reverse clutch component part (drive plates, driven plates, retaining plate, dish plate and snap ring) in high and low reverse clutch drum.

1 : Snap ring
2 : Retaining plate
3 : Drive plate (four pieces)
4 : Driven plate (four pieces)
5 : Dish plate


CAUTION:
Check the order of plates.





2. Install snap ring in high and low reverse clutch drum using a flat-bladed screwdriver.

CAUTION:
- Be careful not to scratch high and low reverse clutch drum.
- Be careful not to damage snap ring.





3. Install bearing race to high and low reverse clutch drum.

CAUTION:
Check the direction of needle bearing. Location Of Needle Bearings And Bearing Races, "Location of Needle Bearings and Bearing Races".
