ID REGISTRATION CANNOT BE COMPLETED





Description

DESCRIPTION
The ID of the transmitter installed in each wheel cannot be registered in the tire pressure monitoring system.
Inspect the transmitter or the tire pressure monitoring system circuit.




Diagnosis Procedure
1.TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR WAKE-UP
Perform the tire pressure sensor wake-up. Work Procedure.
Is the tire pressure sensor wake-up completed?
YES - GO TO 3.
NO - GO TO 2.
2.CHECK ACTIVATION TOOL
Check activation tool.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 3.
NO - Replace battery for activation tool, or repair or replace activation tool.
3.TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR ID REGISTRATION
Perform tire pressure sensor ID registration. Service and Repair.
Is tire pressure sensor ID registration completed?
YES - INSPECTION END
NO - GO TO 4.
4.CHECK TIRE PRESSURE SIGNAL
Change the work location and perform ID registration again.
When ID registration is performed, which wheels do not react?
All wheels react and ID registration is possible.-INSPECTION END
Only certain wheel(s) do not react.-Replace applicable tire pressure sensor. Removal And Installation.
All wheels do not react.-Check the tire pressure receiver. Remote Keyless Entry Receiver.
