PASSENGER SIDE : Diagnosis Procedure

1.CHECK SEAT SLIDING OPERATION
Check seat sliding operation.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 2.
NO - Passenger Side.
2.PERFORM INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE
1. Perform initialization procedure. Special Repair Requirement.
2. Check power walk-in function. System Description.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - Power walk-in function is normal.
NO - GO TO 3.
3.CHECK POWER WALK-IN SWITCH
Check power walk-in switch. Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 4.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
4.CHECK SEAT BELT BUCKLE SWITCH
Check seat belt buckle switch. Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 5.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
5.CHECK FORWARD SWITCH
Check forward switch. Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 6.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
6.CHECK SLIDING LIMIT SWITCH
Check sliding limit switch. Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 7.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
7.CHECK PASSENGER SIDE DOOR SWITCH
Check passenger side door switch. Component Function Check
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 8.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
8.CHECK SLIDING SENSOR
Check sliding sensor. Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 9.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
9.CONFIRM THE OPERATION
Check the operation again. System Description.
Is the result normal?
YES - Check intermittent incident. Intermittent Incident.
NO - Replace passenger seat control unit. Removal and Installation.
