Component Inspection

1.CHECK SLIDING MOTOR-2
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect telescopic motor connector.
3. Supply telescopic motor terminals with battery voltage and check operation.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES - Telescopic motor is OK.
NO - Replace telescopic motor. (Built in steering column assembly.) Refer to With Electric Motor Removal And Installation, "WITH ELECTRIC MOTOR : Exploded View".
