Tilt and Telescopic Switch Ground Circuit

TILT SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT


Diagnosis Procedure

1.CHECK POWER TILT and TELESCOPIC SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect power tilt and telescopic switch connector.
3. Check continuity between power seat switch connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 2.
NO - Repair or replace harness.
2.CHECK POWER TILT and TELESCOPIC SWITCH INTERNAL CIRCUIT
Check tilt switch. Refer to Component Inspection.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 3.
NO - Replace tilt and telescopic switch. Refer to Removal and Installation.
3.CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT
Refer to Intermittent Incident.
