B1760 RETRACTABLE HARD TOP CONTROL UNIT





Description
Retractable hard top control unit is a main unit that controls retractable hard top system. It is installed to rear side finisher back of left side rear seat.

DTC DETECTION LOGIC

NOTE:
If two or more DTCs are detected, refer to Retractable Hard Top Control Unit, and determine trouble diagnosis order.






DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Turn rear window defogger ON.
3. Check "Self Diagnostic Result" using CONSULT-III.
Is DTC detected?
YES - Refer to B1760.
NO - INSPECTION END




Diagnosis Procedure
1.CHECK SELF DIAGNOSTIC RESULT
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Replace retractable hard top control unit. Refer to Service and Repair.
3. Perform DTC Confirmation Procedure. Refer to B171E.
