Headliner: Service and Repair

CAUTION:
- When removing or installing body side welts, do not allow butyl seal to come in contact with pillar garnish and headlining.
- Wrap the tip of a flat-bladed screwdriver with a cloth when removing metal clips and lenses.

Compoment Location:

1. Remove rear seats. Refer to "REAR SEAT" for details.
2. Remove shoulder anchor bolts. Refer to "Front Seat Belt" for details.
3. Remove front pillar garnishes, center pillar upper garnishes and rear pillar garnishes. Refer to "SIDE AND FLOOR TRIM" for details.
4. Remove steering wheel. Refer to "Driver Air Bag Module and Spiral Cable" for details.
5. Remove push back the front seat back.
6. Remove sunroof switch or spot lamp switch and IVCS switch.[A] [B]
7. Remove sunroof welt.
8. Remove sun visors.
9. Remove interior lamp.[C]
10. Remove assist grips.[D]
11. Remove clips securing headlining.
12. Remove headlining.
