Collision Avoidance Warning Indicator: Service and Repair

Inspection

Test the buzzer by connecting battery voltage to the 1 terminal and ground the 2 terminal. The buzzer should make a sound. If the buzzer fails to make a sound, replace it.






Removal

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Remove the audio head unit (A) and glove box (B).




3. Remove the buzzer (A) after removing the connector and nut.






Installation

1. Install the buzzer and connector.
2. Install the audio head unit and glove box.
