Replacement
Cluster Fascia Replacement
NOTE:
- When prying with a flat-up screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1. Remove the cluster lower panel (A).
2. After loosening the mounting screws, remove the cluster (A).
3. Disconnect the connector (A).
4. Installation is the reverse the removal.
NOTE:
- Make sure the connector is connected properly.
Lower Panel Replacement
1. Remove the crash pad side cover (A).
2. After loosening the crash pad lower panel mounting screws, then remove the lower panel (A).
3. Disconnect the connector (A).
4. Disconnect the connector (A).
5. Disconnect the connector (A).
6. Installation is the reverse of removal.
Center Fascia Panel Replacement
NOTE:
- When prying with a flat-up screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1. Remove the console upper cover (A).
2. Remove the center fascia panel (A).
3. Disconnect the connector.
4. Installation is the reverse of removal.
NOTE:
- Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
Audio Assembly Replacement
1. Remove the center fascia panel.
2. After loosening the audio assembly mounting screws, remove the audio assembly (A).
3. Disconnect the connectors (A).
4. Installation is the reverse of removal.
NOTE:
- Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
Multi Display Unit Replacement
1. Remove the center fascia upper panel (A).
2. Remove the center speaker grille (A).
3. After loosening the mounting screws, remove the multi display unit (A).
4. Disconnect the connector (A).
Glove Box Replacement
1. Remove the crash pad side cover (A).
2. Disconnect the damper (B) from the glove box (A).
3. Remove the lift (A) from the glove box (B).
4. Disconnect the pine (A), then remove the glove box (B).
5. Remove the crash pad side cover.
6. After loosening the mounting screws, remove the glove box housing (A).
7. Installation is the reverse of removal.
Shroud Replacement
1. Loosen the screws.
2. Remove the shroud assembly (A).
3. Installation is the reverse of removal.
Crash Pad Replacement
NOTE:
- When prying with a flat-up screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1. Remove the following items;
A. Front seat
B. Cluster facia panel, cluster
C. Audio assembly
D. Glove box
E. Crash pad side cover
2. Disconnect the passenger`s air bag connector (A). Loosen the bolts and nuts.
3. Remove the center speaker (A).
4. Disconnect the connector (B).
5. Disconnect the connector (A).
6. Remove the front pillar trim (A).
7. Remove the photo sensor (A).
8. Remove the crash pad (A).
9. Installation is the reverse of removal.
NOTE:
- Make sure the crash pad fits onto the guide pins correctly.
- Before tightening the bolts, make sure the crash pad wire harnesses are not pinched.
- Make sure the connectors are plugged in properly, and the antenna lead is connected properly.
- Enter the anti- theft code for the radio, then enter the customer`s radio station presets.
Cowl Cross Bar Replacement
1. Remove the front seat.
2. Remove the floor console.
3. Remove the crash pad.
4. Remove the cowl top cover.
5. Disconnect the connectors.
6. Disconnect the connectors.
7. Disconnect the connectors (A).
8. Remove the cowl cross bar (A).
9. Installation is the reverse of removal.
