Repair Procedures

Replacement

1. Remove the rear wheel & tire.

Tightening torque :
90 - 110 N.m(9.0 - 11.0 kgf.m, 65 - 80 lb-ft)

2. Loosen the bolts and nuts and then remove the rear shock absorber from the lower arm.

Tightening torque :
140 - 160 N.m(14.0 - 16.0 kgf.m, 101 - 116 lb-ft)




3. Loosen the mounting bolts(A).

Tightening torque :
45 - 60 N.m(4.5 - 6.0 kgf.m, 32 - 43 lb-ft)




4. Installation is the reverse of removal.
