Genesis Coupe 2.0L and 3.8L engines are equipped with different air intake systems and different air filter elements. The air filter element must only be replaced with the appropriate part number as described in this bulletin.

^ 2010 model year and later Genesis Coupe equipped with 2.0L TCI engine
^ 2010 model year and later Genesis Coupe equipped with 3.8L V6 engine

While the general shape appears similar, the direction of the filtering pleats and airflow openings of the perimeter body are different for each part number.
