Automatic Transaxle - P0721 Output Speed Sensor Circuit Range/Performance - Component Inspection

Component Inspection

1. Ignition "ON" & Engine "OFF".
2. Disconnect "ATM Control Unit connector.
3. Connect scantool and select simulation function.
4. Simulate pulse out to output speed sensor (VSP1) terminal of TCM harness connector.








Fig 1) 150 Hz -> 480 rpm
Fig 2) 250 Hz -> 800 rpm
** The values are subject to change according to vehicle model or conditions
5. Does the value of output speed sensor change according to the simulation frequency?
