Coolant Temperature Sensor / Switch HVAC: Service and Repair

Replacement

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Remove the crash pad lower cover(A).




3. Disconnect the connector (A) of water temperature sensor and then remove the water temperature sensor(B) by pulling out.








4. Installation is the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:
Take care that wire of water temperature sensor is not to be damaged.
Apply caulk to the water temperature sensor.
Make sure that there is no air leakage.
