Remote Control: Service and Repair

ANTENNA

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Remove the driver airbag module.






3. Remove the audio remote control switch (A) and airbag connector (B).






4. Remove the steering wheel after loosening the nuts.
5. Loosen the screws (2EA) on the opposite side of the steering wheel.






6. Remove the audio remote control switch (A) after disconnecting the switch connector.






INSTALLATION
1. Install the audio remote control switch on the steering wheel.
2. Install the steering wheel.
3. Connect the audio remote control switch connector and airbag connector.
4. Install the driver airbag module.
