DESCRIPTION:

Transaxle Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) for the 1999-2002 Sonata, 2001-02 Elantra, 2001-02 Santa Fe and XG300/350 are found in the "Automatic Transaxle" menu of the Hi-Scan Pro. DTCs for the 1999 Sonata 2.4L produced prior to May 3, 1999 are found in the "Engine" menu.

NOTE
When servicing these vehicles for a driveability condition, check for DTCs in both "Engine" and "Automatic Transaxle" menus. When cancelling DTCs, it is necessary to cancel codes separately in both menus.
