The 2001 and 2002 ELANTRA shop manuals do not provide the front suspension crossmember attaching bolt or nut torque specifications (four corners) on page EM-27 (2001 Elantra Shop Manual) and page EM-28 (2002 Elantra Shop Manual). This bulletin provides the torque specification information.
Please write this TSB number on the top of page EM-27 of your 2001 Elantra Shop Manual and page EM-28 of your 2002 Elantra Shop Manual for future reference.
