Inspect/Adjust
    Drive Belt
      Inspect all drive belts for evidence of cuts, cracks excessive wear or oil and replace if necessary. Drive belts should be Check periodically for proper tension and adjusted as necessary.
Check
    Heating and Air Conditioning
      Check A/C operation and performance.
Inspect
    Timing Belt
      Inspect all parts related to the timing belt for damage and deformation. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
    Suspension
      Check the suspension connections for looseness or damage. Retighten to the specified torque.
    Steering
      With the vehicle stopped and engine off, check for excessive free-play in the steering wheel. Check the linkage for bends or damage. Check the dust boots and ball joints for deterioration, cracks, or damage. Inspect more frequently if driven in dusty, sandy or mountainous regions, where salt is used or in very cold temperatures.
    Power Steering Pump
      Inspect power steering pump and belt at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever occurs first.
    Power Steering
      Inspect pump, belt and hoses. The manufacturer recomends that the steering system be inspected more frequently if the vehicle is driven in rough areas, areas with salt or other corrosive materials or used for towing.
    Parking Brake System
      Check parking brake operation. Inspect the parking brake system including the parking brake lever and cables. Manufacturer suggests more frequent inspections if vehicle is driven in mountainous, dusty or sandy regions, or in very cold weather.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Check the fuel lines, fuel hoses and connections for leakage and damage.
    Fuel Filler Cap
      Check cap and gaskets for damage.
    Fluid - M/T
    Exhaust System
      Visually inspect the exhaust pipes, muffler and hangers for cracks, deterioration, or damage. Start the engine and listen carefully for any exhaust gas leakage. Tighten connections or replace parts as necessary.
    Evaporative Emissions Hose
      Inspect vapor hoses and connections.
    Drum Brake System
      Check the rear brake drums and linings for scoring, burning, leaking fluid, broken parts, and excessive wear. Manufacturer suggests more frequent inspections if vehicle is driven in mountainous, dusty or sandy regions, or in very cold weather.
    Drive Axles, Bearings and Joints
      Check the drive shafts, boots and clamps for cracks, deterioration, or damage. Replace any damaged parts and, if necessary, repack the grease.
    Disc Brake System
      The manufacturer recomends that the brake system be inspected more frequently if the vehicle is driven in rough areas, areas with salt or other corrosive materials or used for towing.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Visually check for proper installation, chafing, cracks, deterioration and any leakage. Replace any deteriorated or damaged parts immediately.
    Brake Fluid
      Check brake fluid level in the brake fluid reservoir. The level should be between 'MIN" and "MAX" marks on the side of the reservoir. Use only hydraulic brake fluid conforming to DOT 3.
Replace
    Spark Plug
      More frequent replacement may be necessary if engine is run at idle extensively. Replace platinum plugs every 60k miles.
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Fluid - A/T
      Replace fluid and filter.
    Engine Oil
    Coolant
    Cabin Air Filter / Purifier
      Replace at this milage or once a year, which ever comes first.
    Air Filter Element
      The manufacturer suggests this part be replaced more frequently if the vehicle is driven in dusty or sandy conditions.
Rotate
    Tires
      Inspect tire for abnormal wear and correct inflation pressures.
