Brake Seat Belt Warning and Chime (Without ETACM)

Circuit Description

Key Remain Warning
Battery voltage is supplied from fuse 2 when the ignition switch in ON or START to the seat belt timer. With the key in the ignition (Key hole door warning switch closed), battery voltage is applied to the seat belt timer and chime bell through room lamp fuse. When the LH front door is open, the door switch sends a signal to the seat belt timer and commands the timer to ground the chime control terminal and the chime sounds.

Tail Lamp on Warning
Battery voltage is supplied from fuse 2 when the ignition switch in ON or START to the seat belt timer. With the tail lamp relay ON , battery voltage is applied to the seat belt timer and chime belt through left tail lamp fuse. When the LH front door is open, the door switch sends a signal to the seat belt timer and commands the timer to ground the chime control terminal and the chime sounds.

Seat Belt Warning
Battery voltage is supplied from fuse 2 to the seat belt timer and the fasten belt indicator with the ignition in ON or START. The seat belt timer grounds the chime and the indicator as dictated by the seat belt switch.
