Lower Side Moulding / Trim: Service and Repair

Body Side Moldings:

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

WAISTLINE MOLDING




1. Beginning from either end, remove the waistline molding using Special Tool (09800-21000) from the front and rear doors.

NOTE: Take care not to scratch or bend the door moldings.

ROOF MOLDING




1. Pry up the root molding with a flat tip screwdriver as shown in the illustration.

NOTE:
When prying with a flat tip screwdriver wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.
Take care not to scratch the body and roof molding use protective tape on the body

2. Pull the roof molding up, then remove the roof molding.
3. Installation is the reverse of the removal.

NOTE: If necessary replace any damaged clips.
