Discharge Hose/Line

DISCHARGE HOSE




1. Discharge refrigerant from the air conditioning system.
2. Detach the power steering fluid reservoir from its mounting bracket by pulling upward.




3. Remove the engine coolant reservoir.




4. Remove the mounting bolt of the discharge hose mounting clamp.




5. Disconnect compressor side fitting of the discharge hose.




6. Disconnect discharge pipe side fitting of the discharge hose.




7. Remove the discharge hose.
8. Installation is the reverse order of removal.

DISCHARGE PIPE




1. Discharge refrigerant from the air conditioning system.
2. Detach the power steering fluid reservoir from its mounting bracket by pulling upward.




3. Remove the engine coolant reservoir.




4. Remove the mounting bolt of the discharge hose mounting clamp.




5. Remove the clip which is holding both of the discharge pipe and the liquid tube (C).




6. Disconnect discharge hose side fitting of the discharge pipe.




7. Disconnect condenser side fitting of the discharge pipe.




8. Remove the discharge pipe.
9. Installation is the reverse order of removal.
