Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the exhaust manifold heat





2. Remove the exhaust manifold assy from cylinder-head.
3. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.

INSPECTION
Exhaust Manifold
Check for damage or cracking.

INSTALLATION
Install the exhaust manifold in the reverse order of removal

CAUTION: Replace the exhaust manifold gasket and lock nut at the time of reassembling.
