BRAKE SYSTEM ADJUSTMENT





1. Clearance between the stop lamp switch outer case and the pedal arm.
Clearance between pedal and stop lamp switch A: 0.5 - 1.0 mm (0.02 - 0.039 inch)





2. Brake pedal free play B.
Brake pedal free play B: 3 - 8 mm (0.118 - 0.315 inch)





3. Start the engine, apply the brake pedal with approximately 50 kg (110 lbs.) of force, and measure the pedal stroke.
Pedal stroke C when pedal is depressed 50 kg (110 lbs.) force : 145 mm (5.71 inch) or more
