Front Bumper: Service and Repair

Front Bumper:

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION




1. Remove the turn signal lamp.




2. Remove the front bumper cover mounting retainer.




3. Remove the front bumper upper side mounting nut.

Tightening torque:
4 - 6 Nm (40 - 60 kg.cm, 2.88 - 4.32 lb.ft)




4. Remove the mounting bolt in the corner of front bumper.

Tightening torque:
4 - 6 Nm (40 - 60 kg.cm 2.88 - 4.32 lb.ft)




5. Disconnect the fog lamp connector and remove the front bumper beam stay mounting bolts.

Tightening torque:
20 - 23 Nm (200 - 230 kg.cm, 14 - 17 lb.ft)

6. Installation is the reverse of removal.
