Washer System

1. With washer motor installed in washer tank, fill tank with washer fluid.

2. Connect positive lead from battery voltage to terminal 2 and negative lead to terminal 1, Fig. 10.
3. Ensure washer motor runs and fluid is sprayed on window.
4. If motor does not run, check wiring between motor and switch.
5. If motor runs but fluid is not sprayed on window, check washer fluid contact point. Adjust washer fluid contact point by using a metal wire to move washer nozzle ball.
6. If not enough fluid is sprayed on window, check for clogged, bent or crushed piping. Check clipped points as tube may be crushed.
