With Voltmeter

PROCEDURE





1. Connect a voltmeter to the Data Link Connector.
2. Turn the Ignition switch ON, and the Engine Control Module memory contents will immediately start to display as deflections of the needle or voltage pulses.
3. Record the Diagnostic Trouble Code by counting the number of voltage pulses.
