TECHNICAL SUPPORT
DESCRIPTION:
In the event that technical support is required for the Hyundai Diagnostic System (HDS), please refer to the table for the type of "Support Needed" and the "Who To Call" number associated with that information.
1) When phoning Edge, your call will either be answered by a support representative or it will go into voice mail. Normal call back time is within 2 hours. Please have your dealer code ready and, if possible, be near your HDS to perform testing as requested by the support personnel.
2) When phoning Triad, the call will be answered by a representative, who will take information, such as, dealer name, type of condition, contact phone number, etc. and will have someone call back. Triad's policy is to call back within 2 hours, however, if no one is available when the call back is made, it will be necessary to call the 800 number again.
