Neutral Safety Switch: Testing and Inspection

Fig. 10 Testing Inhibitor Switch (N & P Positions):

1. Disconnect the connector, Fig. 10.
2. Check continuity between connector (E12) terminals 5 and 1, 5 and 6 with switch in ``N'' and ``P'' ranges.
3. If there is no continuity in either position, replace switch.
