Timing Chain Tensioner Bolt 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

Timing Cover Bolt (1) 10 N.m (89 lb in)



Crankshaft Pulley (2) 150 N.m (111 lb ft)


(1) Tighten the small center bolt last to 8 N.m (71 lb in)
(2) Install the crankshaft balancer washer and a NEW bolt. Tighten the bolt a first pass to 150 N.m (111 lb ft). Using the J 45059 rotate the bolt a final pass an additional 180 degrees.
