Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the fuel tank.
2. Gently pull and/or pry in an upward motion, in order to remove the fuel tank pressure sensor from the fuel tank module.

Installation Procedure




1. Lightly lubricate the fuel tank pressure sensor seal with clean engine oil.

Important: Ensure that the fuel pressure sensor sits between the alignment feature in the fuel tank module.

2. Firmly press down on top of the fuel pressure sensor, in order to install the sensor into the fuel tank module.
3. Install the fuel tank.
