Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamps.
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct (1) from the following:

* The air cleaner assembly
* The air cleaner resonator

Installation Procedure






Important: Ensure the notches (2) on the air cleaner outlet duct (1) are aligned with the following:

* The air cleaner assembly tang (4)

* The air cleaner resonator tang (3)

Install the air cleaner outlet duct to the following:

* The air cleaner assembly
* The air cleaner resonator

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

1. Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamps.

Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamps to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
