Endgate Weatherstrip Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Swing the tire carrier fully outward.
2. Open the endgate.




3. Remove the weatherstrip from the endgate opening pinch-weld flange.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the weatherstrip to one side of the pinch-weld flange at the underside of the cargo box rail protector.
2. Press the weatherstrip onto the pinch-weld flange and under the cargo floor liner.
3. Ensure the weatherstrip is securely attached to the opposite side under the cargo box rail protector.
4. Close the endgate.
5. Latch and secure the spare tire carrier.
