Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Replacement (SUT)

Removal Procedure

1. Lower the rear of the headliner.




2. Disconnect the drain hose from the sunroof module rear drain spout.
3. Remove the drain hose (1) from the hose clips (2) on the C-pillar.
4. Disengage the rear sunroof hose grommet from the floor panel.
5. Remove the rear drain hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the drain hose (1) to the C-pillar clips (2).
2. Secure the drain hose grommet to the floor pan.
3. Secure the drain hose upper to the sunroof module drain spout.
4. Ensure the drain hose retainer clips are secure to the C-pillar.
5. Install the headliner.
