Power Brake Booster Outlet Front Pipe Replacement
Removal Procedure





1. Remove the brake master cylinder assembly.





2. Remove the brake booster inlet hose.





3. Remove the brake booster outlet pipe fittings (1) from the hydraulic brake booster pump (3) and the brake master cylinder (4).
4. Remove the brake booster outlet pipe (2).

Installation Procedure





1. Position the brake booster outlet pipe (2) for installation.

2. Notice: Finger tighten the brake booster outlet pipe fittings (1) at the hydraulic brake booster pump (3) and the brake master cylinder (4).

Tighten the outlet pipe fittings to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).





3. Install the brake booster inlet hose.





4. Install the brake master cylinder assembly.
