CVT Driven Pulley Pressure Control Solenoid Valve Removal/Installation
1. Remove the inhibitor solenoid Inhibitor Solenoid Removal/Installation.
2. Disconnect the CVT driven pulley pressure control solenoid valve 2P connector (A) and the CVTF temperature sensor (B).
3. Remove the CVT driven pulley pressure control solenoid valve (C), the dowel pins (D), and the separator plate (E).
4. Check that the filter (F) is in good condition, and replace it if it is clogged or damaged.
5. If the filter was removed, install the filter in the lower valve body.
6. Install the dowel pins and the separator plate on the lower valve body.
7. Install the CVT driven pulley pressure control solenoid valve.
8. Check the connector for corrosion or dirt, and clean or repair if necessary.
9. Connect the CVT driven pulley pressure control solenoid valve 2P connector and the CVTF temperature sensor.
10. Install the inhibitor solenoid Inhibitor Solenoid Removal/Installation.
