DTC 1402: Audio Error 2

NOTE:

- Check the vehicle battery condition first. Testing and Inspection

- Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting Information. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

1. Clear the hard error code. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

2. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), and then back to ON (II).

3. Check for the hard error code. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Is DTC 1402 indicated?
YES - Check if the audio-navigation unit functions are working properly. If any problems are found, go to the applicable troubleshooting in audio section.

NO - Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
