Hard to shift into 1st gear

Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Check and/or replace the MTF. MTF Inspection and Replacement

2. Check the clutch. Service and Repair

3. Check the 1st synchro ring and 1st gear. Synchro Ring and Gear Inspection

4. Check the 1st/2nd synchro sleeve and hub. Synchro Sleeve and Hub Inspection and Reassembly

5. Check the change lever assembly. M/T Change Lever Assembly Disassembly/Reassembly
