Condenser/Radiator Fans Do Not Run At Low Speed, A/C On, Blower and Heater Controls Work Normally (With A/C)

The condenser/radiator fans do not run at low speed with the A/C on, but the blower and heater controls work normally

Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Probable cause: Condenser/radiator fan low speed circuit malfunction

2. Do the radiator and A/C condenser fan low speed circuit troubleshooting Radiator and A/C Condenser Fan Low Speed Circuit Troubleshooting (With A/C)

Also check for:

- HVAC DTCs How To Troubleshoot The Heating and A/C Systems (With A/C)
- Powertrain DTCs; R18A1 engine, Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview K20Z3 engine Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview
- Blown fuses No. 6 (20 A) and/or No. 7 (20 A: M/T, 30 A: A/T) in the under-hood fuse relay box
- Poor ground at G301; R18A1 engine
- Poor or loose connections at the terminals
