A3 - GLASS ALIGNMENT ADJUSTMENTSGlass-to-"B" Pillar Alignment
1. With the window rolled up and the door closed, measure the distance from the rear edge of the glass to the crease molded down the middle of the "B" pillar seal. (The rear run channel may have been misadjusted during an effort to resolve problems with window operation.)
^ If all measurements at any point from top to bottom are between 13 and 15 mm, go to step 3.
^ It any measurement is less than 13 mm or more than 15 mm, go to step 2.
2. Loosen the upper bolt in the rear run channel, and adjust the channel forward or back until the distance between the rear edge of the glass and the crease in the seal is between 13 mm and 15 mm. Your measurement should be the same at top and bottom.
GLASS HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
3. Measure the distance from the lower painted edge of the roof to the top edge of the door glass at the middle and the rear of the glass. The distance should be 10 mm at the middle and 11 mm at the rear.
4. If your measurements don't match those listed. adjust the window up or down until they do.
5. Leak test the repaired area.
