DTC 41

The Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) indicates Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 41: A problem in the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater circuit.

The heated oxygen sensor heater warms the heated oxygen sensor allowing it to start operating faster and reduce cold engine emissions.
