Brake Master Cylinder: Service and Repair

1. Remove master cylinder reservoir cap, then the brake fluid by sucking out through top of reservoir with suitable syringe.
2. Disconnect brake lines from master cylinder, then all necessary electrical connectors.
3. Remove nuts retaining master cylinder to brake booster.
4. Remove master cylinder.
5. Reverse procedure to install. After installation is complete, fill master cylinder with DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid, then bleed brakes.
