Check Engine Light blinks thirteen times:

A problem in the Barometric Pressure (BARO) Sensor Circuit.

DTC 13: Barometric Pressure (BARO) Sensor:

The BARO sensor converts atmospheric pressure into electrical signals and inputs the ECU.

The Check Engine warning light may come on, indicating a system problem, when, in fact, there is a poor or intermittent electrical connection. First, check the electrical connections, clean or repair connections if necessary.
