Starter Replacement (Hitachi Type):

1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Disconnect the starter cable from the B terminal on the solenoid, then the BLK/WHT wire from the S terminal.
3. Remove the two bolts holding the starter, and remove the starter.
4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Starter Cable Installation:

NOTE:
^ When installing the starter cable, make sure that the crimped side of the ring terminal is facing out.
^ The illustration shows Mitsuba type.
