Front Wiper Transmission Replace

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Inspect wiper arms, for proper installation location.
3. Remove wiper arm cover and attaching nut.
4. Disconnect 11 cowl vent grill plastic attaching clips, then remove grill.
5. Remove six wiper transmission to cowl attaching nuts.
6. Disconnect wiper motor electrical connector, then remove three motor attaching bolts, pull motor rearward from bulkhead.
7. Pry wiper transmission from motor crank arm, do not disconnect crank arm from motor.
8. Remove wiper motor assembly, then transmission. Refer to Wiper Motor. [1][2]Front Wiper Motor
9. Reverse procedure to install. Torque transmission attaching nuts to 11 ft. lbs.
