Liquid Vapor Separator: Service and Repair
Fuel Storeage System:
FUEL VAPOR SEPARATOR REPLACEMENT
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Fuel tank from vehicle. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement under Fuel Delivery and Air Induction / Fuel Tank / Service and Repair. Service and Repair
2. One clamp and fuel vapor hose from fuel vapor pipe.
3. Twelve screws and fuel cut valves and fuel vapor separator assembly from tank.
^ If equipped with a Tank Pressure Control Solenoid Vacuum (TPC SV) valve, remove one screw and fuel volume return assembly from tank.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Fuel cut valves and fuel vapor separator assembly to tank; secure with twelve screws.
^ If equipped with a TPC SV valve, install one screw and fuel volume return assembly to tank.
2. Fuel vapor hose to fuel vapor pipe; secure with one screw.
3. Fuel tank to vehicle. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement.
