Thermostat: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain cooling system.
3. Remove radiator inlet hose at thermostat housing.
4. Remove thermostat housing and thermostat.
5. Clean both gasket surfaces thoroughly.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
