Drive Shaft Center Bearing - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Press rear center bearing (2) on rear propeller shaft (3) with Installer C-3095-A (1).





2. Coat propeller shaft spline (3) with universal grease.
3. Push rubber boot (1) onto propeller shaft.





4. Push together propeller shaft. Pay attention to alignment markings (1,3) for installation position.





5. Ensure rubber boot is correctly installed and attach new collar clamps (2).





6. Press front center bearing (2) on flange with Installer C-3095-A (1).





7. Press front center bearing (3) and flange (2) on front propeller shaft (4) with Installer C-3095-A (1).
8. Install snap-ring.

9. Install propeller shaft.
