INSTALLATION










1. Position the boost pressure sensor (2) onto the charge air cross over tube (3) and install the fasteners. Tighten the fasteners to 9 Nm (80 in. lbs.).
2. Connect the sensor wiring harness connector.





3. Install the charge air cross over tube along with the three nuts and one bolt. Tighten to 9 Nm (80 in. lbs.).
4. Install the glow plug module Glow Plug Control Module - Installation.
5. Install the rear IAT sensor housing bracket bolts (1). Tighten to 9 Nm (80 in. lbs.).





6. Connect the IAT sensor electrical connector (1).





7. Install the EGR tube (4) into the charge air crossover manifold and install the upper fasteners (1), and the lower fasteners (3). Tighten to 9 Nm (80 in. lbs.).

9. Install the upper radiator hose
10. Install the coolant recovery bottle. Tighten bolt to 10 Nm (98 in. lbs.).
11. Connect coolant hoses from the coolant recovery bottle.
12. Connect and remove the CAC from the EGR air flow control valve.
13. Connect the CAC outlet tube from CAC.
14. Fill the cooling system Service and Repair
15. Install the air cleaner assembly (4).
16. Connect the air intake air pressure sensor (3).
17. Connect the MAF sensor electrical connector (2).
18. Connect the air cleaner inlet (5) and outlet (1) tubes.





19. Retrieve the isolating connector (1) from under the accelerator pedal and position it onto the grounding stud.
20. Slide the isolating connector locking tab upward to secure the connector to the stud.
21. Connect the negative battery cable.
