Cabin Heater Booster - Removal

REMOVAL

WARNING: Review safety precautions and warnings before performing this procedure and . Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious or fatal injury.





1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the engine cooling system Service and Repair.
3. Raise and support the vehicle.
4. Disconnect the three wire harness connectors (1) from the heater booster unit (6) located on the left side of the vehicle underbody.
5. Loosen the hose clamps (4) and using a twisting motion, remove both heater hoses (5) from the heater booster unit.
6. Disconnect the fuel line (3) from the heater booster unit.
7. Remove nuts (2) that secure the heater booster unit to the vehicle underbody and remove the booster unit.
