Engine Coolant Thermostat - Installation

3.0L DIESEL










1. Clean all sealing surfaces.
2. Position and install thermostat with new sealing ring.
3. Position thermostat housing (2) and install mounting bolts (1).
4. Tighten mounting bolts to 9 Nm (80 in. lbs.).
5. Fill coolant system Service and Repair.
6. Install engine cover.
7. Start engine and inspect for leaks.
